כיצד Recipe Flow משתמש במידע
כניסה וחשבון
בכניסה עם Google, השם וכתובת הדוא״ל שלכם נשמרים לצורך ניהול החשבון ושיוך המתכונים שלכם אליו.
יצירת מתכון
כשאתם מבקשים ליצור דיאגרמה, טקסט המתכון שהזנתם, או תוכן המתכון מהקישור שסיפקתם, נשלח לשירותי Azure לצורך יצירה בעזרת בינה מלאכותית. אל תכללו בטקסט או בקישור מידע אישי או רגיש שאינכם רוצים לשלוח לעיבוד.
שמירה ושיתוף
מתכונים שנוצרו נשמרים בחשבון באופן פרטי עד שתבחרו ״שיתוף״. השיתוף יוצר קישור למתכון ולמקור שלו, אם קיים. המתכון אינו מופיע ברשימה ציבורית, אך כל מי שיש לו את הקישור יכול לקרוא אותו ללא כניסה, להעתיק אותו ולהעביר את הקישור לאחרים.
פרטי החשבון שלכם אינם מצורפים למתכון המשותף. עם זאת, מידע אישי שהכנסתם לתוכן המתכון או לקישור למקור עלול להופיע בו. בדקו את התוכן לפני שיתוף.
קישור לשיתוף כולל תצוגה מקדימה עם שם Recipe Flow, שם המתכון ותיאורו, ותמונה מהאתר המקורי כשזמינה. לשם כך נקרא מידע ציבורי מדף המקור בזמן השיתוף. אפליקציות הודעות ורשתות חברתיות עשויות לפנות לאתר המקורי כדי לטעון את התמונה ולשמור אצלן את התצוגה המקדימה, גם לאחר ביטול השיתוף.
ביטול שיתוף ומחיקה
ביטול שיתוף מבטל את הקישור הקיים ומשאיר את המתכון הפרטי בחשבון. מחיקת מתכון מסירה אותו מהחשבון ומבטלת את הקישור המשותף שלו. פעולות אלה אינן יכולות להחזיר או למחוק עותקים שאנשים אחרים כבר שמרו או העבירו.
אחסון בלשונית הדפדפן
פרטי ההפעלה וטוקן הכניסה נשמרים ב־sessionStorage של הלשונית, ולא ב־localStorage או בכתובת הדף. גם טיוטת המתכון נשמרת שם כדי שלא תאבד בזמן הכניסה. יציאה מוחקת את טוקן הכניסה המקומי; הטיוטה נשארת בלשונית.
How Recipe Flow uses information
Sign-in and your account
When you sign in with Google, your name and email address are stored to manage your account and associate your recipes with it.
Creating a recipe
When you request a diagram, the recipe text you entered, or recipe content retrieved from the URL you supplied, is sent to Azure services for AI-assisted creation. Do not include personal or sensitive information in the text or URL that you do not want sent for processing.
Saving and sharing
Created recipes are saved privately in your account until you choose Share. Sharing publishes the recipe and its source link, if present, at an unlisted link. Anyone with that link can read the recipe without signing in, copy it, and forward the link to others.
Your account details are not attached to the shared recipe. However, personal information you put in the recipe content or source URL may appear in it. Review the content before sharing.
Share links include a preview with the Recipe Flow name, recipe title and description, and an image from the original website when available. Public metadata is read from the source page when you share. Messaging and social platforms may contact that website to retrieve its image and may keep cached previews after sharing is revoked.
Revoking sharing and deleting
Revoking sharing disables the existing link and keeps the private recipe in your account. Deleting a recipe removes it from your account and disables its share link. These actions cannot recall or remove copies other people have already saved or forwarded.
Browser-tab storage
Session details and the sign-in token are stored in the tab’s sessionStorage, not in localStorage or the page URL. Your recipe draft is also stored there so it survives sign-in. Signing out clears the local sign-in token; the draft remains in the tab.
